Frequently Asked Questions

FAQS

Q. Who should attend?

Sent Ones Camp is designed for young adults, typically ages 18–30, who are hungry for more of God and desire the kind of spiritual culture that Ablaze Movement carries—one marked by passionate worship, fervent prayer, deep discipleship, and a pursuit of revival. This camp is for those who long to grow in their relationship with Jesus, encounter the presence of God, and be surrounded by a community of like-minded young adults pursuing the Kingdom. Whether you are already connected to Ablaze Movement or simply resonate with the heart and vision of what God is doing through it, this camp is for young adults who want to go deeper, be challenged, and be equipped to live boldly for Christ.

Q. How do I register?

Registration for Young Adult Camp is completed exclusively online. Those interested in attending can secure their spot by visiting the official registration page and completing the online registration form. During the process, participants will be asked to provide basic personal information, select their registration payment option, and review and sign the required participation agreement and waiver. Registration will only be considered complete once the form has been submitted and payment arrangements have been made. Because space is limited, early registration is encouraged to ensure a place at camp.

Q. What if I register and can’t attend at the last minute?

All payments are non-refunded if not requested at least two weeks prior to the start of camp. To request refund please contract our offices.

Q. What if there' is an emergency at home?

If there is an emergency at home while a student is at camp, parents can reach our camp staff by calling one of the emergency contact phone numbers that they will receive upon registering their student.

Q. When should campers arrive?

Campers should plan to arrive on the first day of camp between 5:00 PM and the start of the evening session to allow adequate time for check-in and settling into their accommodations.
Registration and check-in will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, where participants will confirm their registration, receive any necessary materials, and be directed to their lodging. Arriving during this window ensures that campers have enough time to get oriented, meet other participants, and be fully prepared for the opening session of camp.
To help the schedule run smoothly for everyone involved, we strongly encourage campers to arrive as close to the registration start time as possible and no later than the beginning of the first scheduled gathering.

Q. What if I don’t know anyone?

We understand how it may feel if you are a first time attendee attending without a group. Don't worry! They way Sent Ones Camp is setup up you will immediately meet other campers and leaders the moment you get here. We create an atmosphere and space to make new friends and create lasting relationships beyond the four days of camps.

During down time the student center will be open as well as the gymnasium.

Q. Are there meal options for those with allergies?
