We want to see awakening in this generation like never before. One thing is for sure, we can’t do it alone! There’s nothing like a strong network to encourage and build each other up, understanding that we are all in this together. We all share the same heart for this generation as well as the same up’s and down’s in youth ministry. Regularly we facilitate a time where youth leaders from around our region can find meaningful connections, grow their faith, and find encouragement with other like minded people. COACHING LEADERS
Quarterly, we have collective gathering to provide training and coaching for youth leaders who desire to grow healthy thriving youth ministries. These collective gatherings focus on key areas of youth ministry that will help strengthen, challenge, and motivate your passion, while allowing for opportunities to network and connect with other youth leaders from around our region. 2023 dates coming soon!.
COVERING LEADERS
By God's grace, the Ablaze Youth Leader Collective has become a place where youth leaders can share their story's and struggles without fear. This is a safe place for transparency and wise counsel. We'll make time for you and keep you and your ministry covered in prayer.
